Speaker Bio

Robert Glover is Exploration Manager for Cadillac’s Ontario Projects. He supports the planning and execution of exploration programs, geological interpretation, and the continued advancement of one of Canada’s most significant historic gold camps. Mr. Glover is a Professional Geologist, bringing over 20 years of exploration, mineral resource management, production geology, and educational experience. Prior to joining Cadillac Mines Corporation, he managed the production geology, underground exploration, and mineral resources for McEwen Mining’s Timmins assets including acting as a Qualified Person (QP) for press releases and Technical Reporting. Prior to his work with McEwen, he held various senior geology roles with Kirkland Lake Gold that spanned eighteen years focused on the Kirkland Lake camp. During his time with Kirkland, he was on the discovery team of the South Mine Complex, managed the mineral resources, acted as a QP for Technical Reporting, and he was accountable for resource growth and achieving production targets. Mr. Glover was also a part-time professor at Northern College’s Haileybury School of Mines for six years, training the next generation of mining professionals.
